PatternQ Demo

PatternQ is an app that turns subcellular fluorescence patterns into a simple 0–1 score.

Show it what 0 and 1 look like, and it learns from your examples and then scores new images.

No markers. No custom pipelines. Just your images with these two steps.

No images handy? Try it with example images (ZIP, ~38 MB).
